Always thinking outside of the box, Montañez was responsible for bringing to life Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, a snack treat that he intended to essentially be a Cheeto covered in chili. He was able to achieve all of this while overcoming numerous obstacles including institutional hierarchy, saboteurs, and a lack of formal education. Because of where he started, many people did not want to listen to him or listened to him with disdain, believing he was stepping out of his boundaries. Despite this, with ingenuity and a belief in both himself and his product, he created a phenomenally successful brand, and in this book, he shares what he learned along the way in the hopes to help others unlock their potential and achieve their wildest dreams.
