Danilo Sirias

Danilo Sirias holds a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering and a Ph.D. degree in production
and operations management, both from the University of Memphis. He is also a certified academic in the Theory of Constraints
and currently is a faculty member in the Department of Management and Marketing at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia.
Sirias has conducted research presentations at national and international conferences. His research includes applications of Theory of Constraints to different business issues, including teamwork.
He has received several grants and awards, including an Outstanding Paper Award for “creative use of scientific inquiry” from the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society.
