Kerry began his research into the challenges of developing and maintaining healthy organizations during his doctoral work at Stanford University. He taught at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management where he received the Mentor of the Year Award and the William G. Dyer Distinguished Alumni Award.
Joseph Grenny
Joseph Grenny is co-chairman and co-founder of VitalSmarts, an innovator in corporate training and organizational performance. Over the past 20 years, Joseph has advised senior executives around the world. The CEO at Lockheed Martin credits his work with enabling their winning of the $200 billion Joint Strike Fighter contract.
Joseph has been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post, and has been a guest on CNN, MSNBC, and the Today Show.
Joseph was formerly president of California Computer Corporation and an executive for the Covey Leadership Center. He also co-founded Unitus, a non-profit “microcredit” organization.
