Michael Watkins

Michael D. Watkins is Professor of Leadership and Organizational Chanage at the International Insititute for Management Development in Switzerland. He is a former associate professor at Harvard and was a frequent participant in the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Watkins is the author of many best-selling business books, including The First 90 Days, Breakthrough Business Negotiation, Your Next Move, Master Your Next Move, and Predictable Surprises.
