Douglas A. Strouse

Douglas A. Strouse, Ph.D., is the Managing Partner of Wexley Consulting HRD, LLC, an international management and consulting firm whose clients have included companies such as Duracell, Moen, Oldsmobile, Rubbermaid, United, Frito Lay, GE, General Motors, Goodyear, Corning, and many others. He is also the founder of Global Data Source LLC, a national data management and services firm, and is founder and President of the Chief Executive Officers Club (CEO Club) of Baltimore, a nonprofit organization that provides an educational forum for executives of small and mid-size companies. He also helped launch the CEO Club chapters in the Philippines, Dubai, and Greece. In addition Dr. Strouse serves on the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Psychiatry Advisory Board.

Dr. Strouse has extensive experience in creating organizational resilience for troubled businesses. He holds a master’s degree in communications, and received his doctoral degree in organizational management and organizational psychology. He has coauthored two books and written more than 110 professional articles, and has spoken extensively to various business groups throughout the United States.
