Dan S. Cohen

Dan S. Cohen is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting where he focuses his consulting activities on large-scale organizational transformation. He heads Deloitte Consulting’s Global Energy Change Leadership practice and led the development of the firm’s Global Change Leadership Methodology. He has provided consulting support to a number of the Fortune 100 Companies such as Exxon-Mobil, Baker Hughes, Dell, The Coca-Cola Company, and Reliant Energy. Prior to consulting, he worked in the manufacturing, financial, and real estate industries
for over fifteen years in various executive human resource positions. In addition to his consulting work, Cohen has lectured on organizational
behavior at the University of Detroit, Ohio State University, Miami University and Southern Methodist University.

He obtained his B.A. at Adelphi University, M.A. at University of Detroit, and his Ph.D. at Ohio State.Cohen lives in Plano, Texas with is wife Ronnie.
