Damian D. "Skipper" Pitts is a U.S. Marine turned business professional, who now serves as the practice chair of organizational development and design at N2Growth. Having authored several books on leadership, team building maneuvers, professional development and Crisis Leadership; he is the author of the Crisis Leadership and Performance Driven Execution framework that is being used by leaders across industry, helping them to avoid risk while leading out from crises before they occur. Skipper brings a highly effective leadership style with edgy unconventional wisdom to the client base at N2Grwoth. He holds a Ph.D. from Wake Forest in Organizational Behavior Studies, a Bachelors degree from the University of South Carolina, and is an instructor of executive education at Temple University.
