School. His eclectic interests span innovation, customer experiences, communities, new market creation, networks, information and communications technology, human
resources, and strategy. His research focuses on new frontiers in experience innovation, consumer-company interactions, experience quality management, infrastructure for
experience networks, and co-creating value.
Ramaswamy and C.K. Prahalad have coauthored several articles in the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Strategy and Business, Information Week,
Optimize, and other publications.
