Marc J. Wallace Jr.

Marc J. Wallace, Jr., Ph.D., CCP, is a Founding Partner of The Center, where he specializes in assisting clients in work and rewards system design. He formerly was Professor and Ashland Oil Fellow in the Department of Management at the University of Kentucky. He is world-renowned as an expert in rewards systems and workforce effectiveness and is a sought-out speaker internationally. He also has written numerous books and articles in the field and has helped develop the American Compensation Association’s certification program, where he continues to serve as an instructor. He holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
