Rod Beckstrom

Rod A. Beckstrom was a Fulbright Scholar and worked as a derivatives trader for Morgan Stanley for two years in London. While attending Stanford, Beckstrom was the president of the combined undergraduate and graduate student bodies. While earning his MBA from the university, he started a risk management company on the side to help cover his tuition. Beckstrom grew up in Oklahoma, and currently lives in Palo Alto and Santa Cruz with his wife and two children.
