Randy A. Moore

Randy A. Moore is currently the Executive Director of Contracts for Kaman Aerospace Corporation, a multinational aerospace corporation. He has worked the buy-side and sell-side of procurement and
contracting for nearly twenty years at various companies, including Lucent Technologies, Raytheon, and Westinghouse, and as an Acquisitions Contracting Officer in the U.S. Air Force. He was responsible for the negotiation and formation of a
$4 billion-plus commercial general purchase agreement in the telecommunications industry and for structuring the RFP and contracts management concept for a state government IT privatization outsourcing worth nearly $2 billion.
Although he has worked on highly visible, high-value procurements, his principles would be just as applicable to a $100,000 custom software development.

He is a nationally recognized speaker on high-technology procurement
and was recognized in Purchasing magazine for his systematic approach to managing supplier performance. He was named an “Educator of the Year” by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). He is an NCMA past president,
North Texas Chapter; Certified Professional Contracts Manager; and Fellow. The National Association of Purchasing Management has named him a Certified Purchasing Manager. Moore graduated form Texas Lutheran College with
BAs in Administrative Management and Marketing. He received his MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
