Peter S. Cohan
Peter S. Cohan is president of Peter S. Cohan & Associates, a management consulting firm that specializes in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. He previously worked at The Monitor Company, a consultancy cofounded by Michael E. Porter of the Harvard Business School. Cohan is the author of Net Profit: How to Invest and Compete in the Real World of Internet Business and The Technology Leaders, selected by Management General as one of the top ten business books of 1997. Honored by TeamAsia as “one of the top two or three technology strategists in the world,” he is a frequent commentator for CNBC’s “Today’s Business and Squawk Box” and has appeared as a guest on CNNfn’s “Before Hours” and ZDTV’s “The Money Machine.” Cohan received an MBA from the Wharton School, did graduate work in computer science at MIT, and earned a BS in electrical engineering from Swarthmore College. He is based in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
