Michelle A. Waters

Michelle is an experienced senior executive, consultant, integrated work/life/family facilitator and coach. While serving as SVP for her primary client, she spearheaded a B to B multi lingual dependent care service globally, managed Fortune 100 international accounts and led a cross-cultural expansion project across 4 continents. Formerly she designed and implemented an award winning Work Life Strategy for Australia’s largest university and was awarded the Vice Chancellors Award for General Excellence. She has held Senior Executive roles in Business Development, HR Policy, Diversity and general management. She co-founded the Victorian Work/Life Association and has led several work-life and corporate childcare projects. Her research paper Family Friendly Polices: Useful or Symbolic is published in the Asia Pacific Journal of HR. Michelle has presented and moderated at conferences in North America, EMEA and Australia and during her earlier career established and managed child care centers. Michelle was awarded a B. Sp.Ed. and M. Mgt. from Monash University, Australia, CWS from the Institute of Social Welfare, Australia and in the U.S. completed the Harvard Law School, Executive Program on Negotiation.
