Jean-Louis Barsoux

Jean-Louis Barsoux is Senior Research Fellow at INSEAD specializing in organizational behavior, particularly cross-cultural issues and dyadic relations.
He is the author of nine books including Managing Across Cultures (with Susan Schneider) and The Global Challenge (with Paul Evans and Vlado Pucik). Funny Business, Barsoux’s study of the use of humor in organizations, won the Management Consultancies Association Prize for Book of the Year.
