Diana Rivenburgh

DIANA RIVENBURGH has 25+ years of experience in organizational and leadership development, change, consulting and strategy creation. She currently is the SVP of People and Culture at Seniorlink, and has held several corporate leadership positions such as VP of Organization Development for Gartner, AVP of Organizational Effectiveness for Gentiva Health Services and Director of Organization Development & Planning for Olsten Corporation in the past. Diana also previously served on the Global Council for Appreciative Inquiry Consulting and as a faculty member for the Singapore Sustainability Institute. As a Board of Advisor member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber, she also served on their Global Commerce Committee and the Sustainability & Environmental Committee.

Diana is currently also an internationally recognized speaker and recently published “The New Corporate Facts of Life,” (AMACOM) a book about transforming today’s business model. She has been featured in various professional publications and authored numerous articles on organization development and strategy. Diana frequently presents on these and other topics at conferences and to professional associations, community organizations and educational institutions. She has her M.S. in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and her B.S. in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology.
