Dean Spitzer

Dean Spitzer is a senior researcher and consultant with the IBM Almaden Services Research Center in the US. He has over 30 years experience in helping individuals and organisations achieve superior performance. He is the IBM thought leader in the area of performance management and measurement.

Dr. Spitzer is the author of 8 books and over 200 articles on various aspects of performance management and improvement, including his latest book ‘Transforming Performance Measurement’ (see our resources section).
