Art Kleiner

Art Kleiner is the director of research and reflection in Dialogos, a consulting firm based in Cambridge, Mass.; a faculty member a New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program; and the “Culture & Change” columnist for strategy+business magazine. He is also the editorial director of the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook series and a long-standing writer on the human impact of management and technology. He lives outside New York City.
