Edward Lawler III

Edward E. Lawler III is founder and director of the Center for Effective Organizations and Distinguished Professor in the Marshall School of Business at USC. He is the author and co-author of 41 books, most recently Built to Change: How to Achieve Sustained Organizational Effectiveness, with Christopher G. Worley. He has been honored as one of the world’s leading contributors to theory and research in organizational development, compensation, human capital management, and organizational effectiveness.
