After a career with the DuPont Company, which included sales, advertising and new-product development and marketing, Norbert saw a need to help executives develop the ability to persuade and motivate others. The result was The Anatomy of Persuasion® seminar, which more than 20,000 people have attended since 1983. His book, The Anatomy of Persuasion, based on the seminar, was published by the American Management Association and was rated one of the top 30 business books of the year by Soundview Executive Book Summaries. It now appears in five languages.
